It is allowed to transport in the cabin of the bus:

  • Water and food in closed containers (packaging) that do not have sharp and unpleasant odors, as well as those that do not contaminate the cabin and items on the bus.
  • Hand luggage, which should be under the passenger’s feet or on the luggage rack above the seat.
  • Passengers with children can carry a stroller (folded).
  • Disabled passengers can carry a wheelchair (folded)

The rest of the luggage, within the permitted norms, is transported in the luggage compartment of the bus. Passengers do not have access to such luggage during the trip (exclusively for delivery at the point of disembarkation).

Oversized luggage, bicycles, etc. are transported in the luggage compartment of the bus only if there is free space. If the trunks are filled with suitcases of passengers – the carrier has the right to refuse to carry such items.


The carrier may refuse to carry luggage in such cases:

  • the contents, structure, shape or smell of luggage may damage the luggage of other passengers or the luggage compartment;
  • luggage is not packed properly;
  • luggage can be damaged during transportation;
  • luggage exceeds the norms in size and weight.

When transporting luggage in the luggage compartment of the bus, the carrier does not take responsibility for fragile, glass, improperly packaged, valuable (money, documents, hardware, etc.) things, as well as for perishable products.

Items to be insured (significant sums of money, jewelry, works of art and other, especially valuable items) must be insured and packaged as required.

The carrier is not responsible for minor external damage, such as dents, stains, scratches on luggage, which formed during the trip (due to the movement of the bus, friction with adjacent suitcases, etc.). The passenger is responsible for hand luggage.


It is forbidden to transport:

  • explosive, poisonous, flammable, radioactive, chemical, toxic, ozone-depleting substances and products containing them, narcotic, psychotropic substances, and substances with an unpleasant odor;
  • alcohol, more than 1 liter per person;
  • tobacco products, more than 2 packs per person;
  • caviar, maximum 1 cans per person;
  • meat and dairy products;
  • animals, without appropriate documents and container;
  • objects of cultural, artistic or historical value without appropriate permission;
  • large consignments of goods;
  • baggage prohibited under the applicable laws and restrictions of the country of departure, transit or arrival.

If a passenger has forgotten any personal belongings or luggage during the trip, he should contact the company no later than 24 hours after arrival at the destination. The company is not responsible for the things left in the bus.
